JXD FACTORY · SHENZHEN CHINA
JXD manufactures custom biodegradable and compostable packaging bags for global B2B buyers. Before you place a bulk order, see who develops the material, runs the print job and signs off the finished bags. You can follow production from film making to printing, bag converting, inspection and packing.
WHY A FACTORY VISIT MATTERS
A good sample confirms the size, print and feel of one bag. It cannot show how the next 50,000 bags will be made, how often the line is checked or what happens when a print color starts to drift.
That is what a factory visit is for. Your team can see the machines named in the quotation, trace an approved specification from the office to the production floor and speak with the people responsible for materials, printing and inspection.
Confirm the production site, equipment and operators behind your order.
Ask how material, artwork, dimensions and inspection records are kept from one batch to the next.
Bring the product, packing method and target-market requirements.Problems are cheaper to solve before the line starts.
WHAT YOU WILL SEE
The tour starts with film production, moves through printing and bag making, then finishes in inspection, packing and storage.
The site includes manufacturing, inspection, packing, sample display and warehouse areas for custom bag orders.
These lines produce film for specified sustainable packaging materials and applications.
Film width, thickness, color and material are set for the bag that will run next.
Operators run approved brand artwork, product details and handling marks.
The slitter prepares rolls at the width required by the next bag-making process.
These machines prepare the folds required by the approved bag width and structure.
The factory cuts and seals a range of custom sizes, closures and bag structures.
Inspectors check material, dimensions, printing, seals and finished appearance at the agreed points.
Finished bags are counted, packed, labeled and held for the agreed shipment plan.
WHY BUYERS WORK WITH JXD
The same project team follows the specification from the first material discussion to the packed order.
JXD works on its own biodegradable material formulations. The R&D and production teams can adjust the film specification around the product, the bag-making process and the performance needed for the order.
Read about our R&D work→Compostable, recycled and paper packaging each follow a different certification route. We check the certificate holder, material, product scope and target market before confirming which claims an order can carry.
Check the document scope→Film production, printing, bag making, inspection and packing are scheduled by one team. That removes unnecessary handoffs. We confirm the shipment date once the specification, quantity and approvals are settled.

QUALITY CONTROL
The control points change with the material and bag structure. A printed zipper bag, for example, needs a different checklist from an unprinted flat bag. The order specification sets the measurements and tolerances.
We check the material identity, supporting documents, appearance and agreed incoming requirements.
Dimensions, thickness, construction, artwork position, color reference and sealing setup are checked before the run continues.
Operators sample dimensions, print registration, surface appearance and seals at the agreed intervals.
Finished appearance, quantity, carton labels and packing method are checked against the order.
CERTIFICATES & COMPLIANCE
A compostable film, a recycled PE bag and a paper bag do not use the same certificate. Before we confirm a claim, we check the certificate holder, production site, named material, product scope and expiry date against your order.
B2B CUSTOM SUPPORT
We record what the bag must do, who approves each detail and which sample becomes the production reference. That record stays with the job when you reorder.
Share the product, packing method, bag style, size, quantity and country of sale.
We compare practical options against protection, disposal route, certification needs and budget.
The dieline, print file and physical sample are checked before the bulk order is released.
The order is assigned material, machines, inspection points and a delivery schedule.
The line follows the approved sample, specification and written acceptance criteria.
Approved files and order records stay on hand for replenishment or controlled changes.

FACTORY FAQ
These answers explain how JXD handles manufacturing, quotations, production planning, quality records and compliance documents.
Ask about your specification →Yes. Shenzhen JXD Technology Co., Ltd. operates a 5,000 square metre manufacturing site in Shenzhen. The factory coordinates film production, printing, slitting, folding, bag making, inspection, packing and warehousing for custom packaging orders.
JXD develops custom biodegradable and compostable bags as well as PCR recycled polybags, paper bags and other application-specific packaging. Available size, thickness, color, printing, closure and bag structure depend on the selected material and production method.
Send the packed product, bag style, width and length, thickness, material preference, closure, printing artwork or color count, order quantity, packing method and destination market. If the specification is incomplete, a product sample or current bag can help the factory recommend a practical starting point.
MOQ and lead time are confirmed after the material, dimensions, thickness, printing, bag structure, quantity and testing requirements are reviewed. A plain trial order and a multi-color printed production order may require different setup, material preparation and scheduling.
The factory checks incoming materials, approves the first bags from the line, samples dimensions and print or seal conditions during production, and inspects finished goods and packing. Approved specifications, artwork and samples are kept as references for repeat orders and controlled revisions.
Document routes may include EN 13432, ASTM D6400 or BPI, OK compost, AS 4736, GRS, FSC, BSCI, REACH and RoHS. Availability depends on the certificate holder, production site, named material, product construction, validity period and destination-market requirement, so documents are checked against each order before a claim is confirmed.
